Art déco inspiration
Our pick for this month's place to visit is none other than the JM WESTON flagship store in Tokyo Marunouchi
Ever since Eugène Blanchard led the house founded by his father in Limoges in 1891, J.M. WESTON has been a destination for the world’s most discerning men, representing all at once elegance, a combination of chic and rebellious with its traditional Made in France craftsmanship.
The flagship store is located in Marunouchi, on the corner of the Road, not far away from the Imperial Palace East Gardens.
Exhibiting a design concept by French architect Joseph Dirand, the store reflects the trend of feel-at-home boutiques decorated and conceived with areas where comfortable armchairs and coffee tables are an invitation to relax in a chic atmosphere while shopping.
We can feel the refinement of the Art Deco inspiration which becomes the brand's signature since the recent reopening of its Parisian flagship store Champs Elysées.
This should be a must visit during your journey or your shopping happy treats in Tokyo.
Please share with us how was your treat and how happy are you with your new pair of shoes
